With Season 2 of the Devil May Cry Netflix series coming up, I finally checked out Devil May Cry (2007) for the first time. As someone who’s been riding with the series since the PS2 games, it won me over immediately. There’s something about the Madhouse adaptation that brought me some feel-good nostalgia. It instantly brought me memories of the early games’ moody, gothic, scrappy atmosphere.
